New World Duty Free Shop Announced art music space Collaborate with Korean singer-songwriter Nouru and characters from the new world, paul and barney.
The space is open to the public from June 1 to June 30 in an iconic area on the 10th floor of the retailer’s Myeongdong store in downtown Seoul, offering visitors a fusion experience of art and music.
Inspired by Naul’s YouTube music show’NA’MM’SE, Naul’s musical world‘ (www.youtube.com/@NAMMSE), an art and music space that recreates artists’ studios so visitors can enjoy carefully curated soul, funk, jazz, pop, R&B and AOR playlists.
It features Shinsegae Duty Free characters Paul and Bani and shows Marshall Major 4 headphones and Stanmore 3 black speaker. These products can also be purchased at the Shinsegae Duty Free Shop’s online mall (www.ssgdfs.com).
Naul’s latest single “Soul Pop City” will debut on June 4th, and a special pre-release of his track 1993 will be available on Art & Music Space from June 1st. Paul and Barney’s music videos will be displayed on the media façade of the iconic area, enhancing visitors’ audio-visual experience.
Throughout June, visitors can attend exclusive events featuring Marshall speakers and merchandise. In addition, exclusive products such as T-shirts and stickers will be sold through Shinsegae Duty Free Store’s SNS activities.
The pop-up space is equipped with high-quality furniture from Eastern Edition, reflecting Korean natural aesthetics with a modern twist.
Paul and Bani are characters created by New World Duty Free, embodying a love for travel, art and music, and a constant search for new inspiration and beauty.
Paul & Bani first collaborated with global brand Off-White in November last year. As its second venture, it launched its signature fragrance with Eastern Edition, South Korea’s leading lifestyle brand.
