Music, tribute and circus highlight 2024-25 season at First Ontario Center for the Arts in Milton

First Ontario Center for the Arts Milton’s 2024-25 lineup is filled with entertainment acts, renowned musicians, mystical magicians and family-friendly shows.

“This season’s line-up includes an exciting range of pop, circus, illusion and theater performances, ensuring there is something for everyone, making Milton’s First Ontario Center for the Arts a entertainment center.

Advance tickets are only available to subscribers of the center’s newsletter Encore from June 6 to 9. Season passes will go on sale on June 10th.

Steve Palmer, director of entertainment and culture at Milton Town, said: “Following the success of the 2023-24 season, we are delighted to launch our latest offering.”

“Live performance has the power to connect and engage communities, and our 2024-25 season promises to do just that with a series of performances that are sure to delight, inspire and entertain.”

Here are the highlights from the 2024-25 season:

Platinum Award-winning singer Matt Dusk pays tribute to legend Tony Bennett in his song The best is yet to comesinging timeless classics, including I left my heart in San Francisco and how you look tonight.

Experience music and majesty Forever Abba They bring you ABBA’s greatest hits. This band’s impeccable vocals deliver a dazzling performance you’re sure to love as you unleash your inner dancing queen.

Brett Kissel is one of Canada’s most popular country music artists, with A Side of Tour You’ve Never Seengiving fans an intimate evening of songs and stories not to be missed.

Warm up your vocal cords choir! choir! choir! And unleash your inner Freddie Mercury with an epic Queen chorus. Get ready to laugh, dance and sing along with hundreds of other music lovers at this fully interactive, participatory show that turns audience members into performers.

Experience the powerful sound of one of Canada’s best-selling alternative rock bands, Finger eleven. This Juno Award-winning band is coming to town and getting everyone excited with their chart-topping single.

Evoking nostalgia for Canadian pop-rock royalty glass tiger Take the stage for their “This Island Earth” tour, performing their classic hits including “Don’t Forget Me (When I’m Gone)” and “Someday.”

This season also offers great family entertainment, including Ted and Marion Outerbridge’s charming fantasy in Outerbridge. Outer Bridge: The Mystery of the Keyhole House and showcasing the vitality of West African culture through circus arts, dance and music Karabant Circus.
