Fine Arts Department holds senior signing ceremony to celebrate 2024 graduates

The William Floyd Fine Arts Department, led by Music Coordinator Dr. Amy Mason Sckipp, recently held its annual Spring Singing Ceremony to celebrate next year’s graduates who will pursue music or art in college. Family, friends, and teachers recently gathered inside the Jeanne Dawson Memorial Library at William Floyd High School to celebrate this milestone! This year, eight students will study music at university in areas such as music business, music education, music performance, musical theater and music theory, while a further eight students will study architecture, fashion marketing, fine art, graphic design and illustration. Events also include an art exhibit by Visual Arts Chair Theresa Bianco and William Floyd High School art teacher, as well as a Tri – M Music Honor Society Solo Performance.Click here Come check out the show!
