Preacher Lawson was born in Portland, Oregon, but spent much of his adolescence in Memphis, Tennessee. He moved 20 times before he was 10 years old, but if you asked him what city he was from, he would say Orlando, Florida, because that’s where he grew up as a comedian. Lawson is best known for her role in Season 12 of NBC’s hit series America’s Got Talent (2017), where she made it to the final round. Part of the 2023/24 Sunday Concert and Cookie Series, taking place in the McAllaster Room. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Bedford Library at halftime. One by one, they revealed their personal, work and family problems, and Vodka caused a stir when one admitted she was dating another’s husband.
